  • Title: Marketing Coordinator
    • Marianne is the Marketing Coordinator & Intake Specialist for Basch Keegan & Spada. She works directly with all attorneys on brand awareness, media purchases and community relations. Marianne also oversees all new client intake calls. She holds a BA in Communications from Marist College and has been with the firm since 2021. Since being hired Marianne has excelled in her role

Kathy Murphy

  • Title: Legal Assistant
    • Kathy is a legal assistant, working directly with partner and co-founder Eli B. Basch. Kathy has been working with Basch Keegan & Spada since Eli started his private practice in 1983. In addition to helping clients, Kathy is the office manager of Basch Keegan & Spada. She ensures the offices of Basch Keegan & Spada operate efficiently and smoothly. We are grateful to have Kathy as part of the team! She is extremely wise, highly organized, and self-motivated. 

Miranda Weinberger

  • Title: Legal Assistant
    • Miranda serves as a Legal Assistant at Basch Keegan & Spada, bringing a strong background in legal support services and client care. After graduating from Kingston High School, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies with a concentration in Paralegal Studies, further strengthening her knowledge and dedication to the legal profession. Her diverse professional experience reflects her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others.

Victoria Lowe

  • Title: Paralegal
    • Victoria is a proud Kingston native who brings more than 20 years of experience in social work and healthcare to her role as Paralegal at Basch Keegan & Spada. Her extensive background caring for and advocating on behalf of others gives her a compassionate perspective and a genuine commitment to helping clients through difficult times.

Janna Wade

  • Title: Paralegal
    • Janna is a paralegal, working directly with partner Derek J. Spada. Janna graduated from SUNY Albany and then went on to complete her Paralegal Certification from Marist College. Janna has been with Basch Keegan & Spada since 2021 and is a valuable addition for Basch Keegan & Spada to the firm. 

Elizabeth Zaccheo

  • Title: Receptionist / Medical Records Clerk
    • Elizabeth Zaccheo serves as the Receptionist and Medical Records Clerk at Basch Keegan & Spada, where she provides a warm, professional welcome to clients while ensuring accurate and confidential management of medical records. With more than a decade of experience in healthcare administration and customer service, Elizabeth brings exceptional organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset to her role. Prior to joining the firm, she was the Office Manager at DeLeo Family Medicine in Kingston, where she managed day-to-day operations, patient billing, and insurance credentialing. Elizabeth is also a certified Notary Public and has a proven track record of supporting both patients and providers with compassion and efficiency.
